An experience that left me very disappointed. It's a shame that such an elegant and renowned pastry shop in Parma has such rude and rude staff at its service. I was loudly mocked by the lady who made me pay at the checkout, just because I chose a cappuccino with soy milk. By teasing we don't mean a joke but a real lecture until I went out the door. Historic pastry shop with traditional pastries and desserts with recipes from the past and for this reason appreciated. Please don't ever change... you can also produce some Bavarois or semifreddo polishes that are so fashionable but no one can copy you. The classic is timeless. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
