I remembered it better. The starter cured meats are good. Even though the anolini were made of meat, they tasted a lot like cheese, but they are also good because the recipes can change from place to place. I chose the roast trolley... it's a shame because the flavors were very similar, the baked tip was saved. Desserts to be rejected, apart from the fact that they don't tell you whether there is alcohol inside or not (apart from the trifle which has alcohol in its recipe). Service normal. Absolutely a unique place to eat the true Parma culinary tradition. Go from the first courses of a trio of tortellini, to the mixed second courses boiled with the three sauces, up to the mixed desserts such as the Duchess... A true triumph of goodness, all cooked and served in an excellent manner by their exemplary staff. I hope to be able to return to this temple of delicacies to taste other qualities. Old style restaurant in the central area. All dishes were excellent. Very high quality/price ratio. From what I've seen, they are very famous for boiled and roasted meats. Walkability: It is in an area busy with cars. The only way to park is in the multi-storey buildings nearby Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
