I have some sympathy for the staff but perhaps managem... read more My wife and I had lunch at Tcafe on New Year's Day. It was crowded and staff were stretched to the limit. I have some sympathy for the staff but perhaps management needed to add more staff to handle a busy day. We waited forever to be seated, to be asked for our order, to received our food, to get our bill. Actually you don't get a bill you have to know by telepathy to go to the cash and describe which table you sat at and describe what you ordered so the cashier could figure out what to charge you. The worst was the bathroom a single toilet for a large restaurant that seats at least 60 people. There was a constant line up to get into the toilet. I'm just glad we weren't sitting at one of the table next to the toilet. On the positive side, the food and coffee were good.

Was greeted by smiling friendly staff that helped with choices on the menu and assisted with suggestions on places to visit in beautiful Parma. Would highly recommend Tcafe to anyone visiting the area.
