The piadina tastes good, but its composition is a bit sloppy: it's folded haphazardly, and many of the ingredients end up falling out, leaving only the empty piadina in some places. It's possible to have it exchanged, but for such minor defects, it doesn't make much sense. With a little more attention to detail, it could be truly excellent.

The piadinas are truly excellent: thin yet fragrant dough, super-fresh ingredients, and both classic and original combinations. I tried the crudo: a great classic executed to perfection! The place is welcoming, clean, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The wait times were short, which is a good sign! Prices are a little high but fair, portions are generous, and above all: authentic flavor... I'll definitely be back!
