Good Burger, Kind people ! Bit small for bigger groups but nice located in the middle of the middel of the center. Small menu card

I gave up eating meat a few months ago but I just cannot give up on this place. I used to come here when I still ate meat and I still come everytime i go back home to have a good vegetarian burger with super fresh vegetables, homemade caramelised onions, deep fried onion rings and either the apple crumble or the amazing white chocolate cheesecake. I travel a lot but never in my life have I eaten such good hamburgers. The meat is really good and you can decide how cooked you want yours and which ingredients and sauces you want to add from a list. The ingredients, the sauces, the bread, the sides and the dessert are made with amazingly fresh ingredients and everything on the menu is homemade. Price is very good considering raw materials, labour and staff. Very nice restaurant and very kind staff. Thank you Matteo!

Who usually attends a beef club? not those who prefer a succulent burger, which in fact on the list is only border (2 meat choices, both good.) not those who dream of a plentiful barbecue, with a lot of chips or appetizers (the chips are forbidden,) for this there are very equipped premises in the city. even those who are passing and perhaps end up bending on a cut of only meat stand, which on the menu seems so sad portion as single. prepare yourself: the beef club is the right place for those who want to share a good Florentine, or similar, who pays the right to quality and choice. That's why it's a club, you need to know and choose it, otherwise you risk being crushed. and above all forget the old menu, which was less exclusive but more friendly. at least the kindness of the owner has not changed.

I was a little disappointed. is the first visit after covid and the menu was clamorosamented (as for the burger part.) the additions are very poor, you can not choose the bread, the meat of two types (angus and strolghino,) without fries or regular fries (only in the oven.) is not the doctor I know. There is a parme where there is definitely more choice and the menu is really focused on the sandwiches. Well, I don't argue, but I don't think I'll be back.
