The line can be long, especially during lunchtime, but well worth waiting. It is a place so you get real experience of Parma. Appropriate price and friendly staff are happy to see tourists, especially after they have been closed for so long because of the pandemic. The guy was so nice that he recommended us a great restaurant that became our favorite restaurant in Parma. I recommend this place to everyone who holds from Parma
