Ceci Pasta Shake - PARMA

Local near Parma station, great for a quick lunch break, but of quality; possibility to choose from different formats of pasta and condiments, some also very particular. I followed the advice of the girls who work, helpful and kind.

We stopped here to take lunch between one train and the other, very curious by the name and proposal offered. The excellent reception with the girls who welcomed us, we took two portions of pasta with the subscriptions proposed by the local (spaghetti cacio and pepper; whole zucchini pennettes, shrimps and mandarin oil), in the wait they also allowed us to take advantage of the staff toilet. The cacio and pepper a little hot, but the seasoning very abundant. The beautiful pennettes to the tooth, particular and tasty! I would add a little doses or reduce the size of the boxes (which are really nice) because we were a little disappointed to see that the large then actually was just half full of the package. In the local complex really nice, innovative proposal, we will stop again when it happens to travel making change to Parma! !

Local outside the center but with the welcome option of the takeaway meal so you can eat it on the train, considering the nearby station, or on the seats of the green square of Peace, not far (max 10' . All the proposals are attractive, I chose parmigiana fusilli with cinnamon and hazelnut granella and are very good. Really very helpful staff as well as payment by credit card.

Beautiful experience! Finally even in Parma a fast casual food format so innovative! Very nice staff, really cool place, great choice of music. To try absolutely the tortellini with white truffle with chestnuts, the fusilli alla parmigiana with cinnamon and hazelnut granella and the tagliatelle with porcini with dried tomatoes, walnut granella and rosemary oil! Let yourself be advised and you will not regret it! BRAVIRES

Questa è la mia prima volta che vengo qui a pranzo, ho deciso di provare una classica tagliatella al ragù bolognese ed è veramente di ottima qualità da ristorante. La ragazza che mi ha servito è stata molto cortese e veloce. I prezzi sono giusti. Tornerò di sicuro.
