Los Meleros es un restaurante familiar en el pueblo de Parla que ofrece la exquisita gastronomía tradicional de Segovia. Destacan especialmente por su delicioso Cordero Asado al estilo tradicional, así como por su crujiente de morcilla y tortillitas de camarones. Los postres tradicionales también son muy deliciosos. Sin duda, es un lugar que debes visitar si te encuentras en la zona.
