It appears that the restaurant is currently undergoing construction or remodeling, as only the drive-thru was open. However, they still serve the same delicious fried chicken with jalapeño peppers.

I have visited this location several times because it is nearby. However, I have never been able to enter the lobby as it is always closed to customers. This means you have to use the drive-through, but be prepared for long waits, especially if there are a few cars ahead of you. The food is decent, but the wait times are unacceptable. Additionally, the customer service is lacking. The staff can be rude and impatient when there are issues with ordering. Even when you order online and arrive at the scheduled time for pick-up, the food is never ready. It seems like they only start preparing it once you arrive. Despite these issues, we continue to buy from this restaurant because we enjoy the food. It is disappointing that they do not seem to care about the negative reviews they have received on Google.
