California Express Pizza

I had placed an online order for pick up at around 11am for a small pizza that was to be ready for pick up at 11:35am. At 11:34am I received a call from an unrecognizable number which I did not pick up. At 11:40am I arrived to pick up my pizza only to be told they had not even started to prepare the pizza because they ran out of 2 toppings I requested and there are five orders ahead of mine. That's why they had called (from that unrecognizable number) to inform me my order would be delayed. I asked how much longer it would take. The young man said 15 more minutes. I am currently still waiting lol and it has been 30 mins already.... I paid $18 for a small pizza that took 1 hour to make... I am not deterring you from this place. I just advise to be prepared to pay a ton and wait well over the time they give you for the pizza to be ready.

Tonight I ordered pizza for delivery. An HOUR later I get notifications from Door Dash cancelling the order because the restaurant is closed. Google says they were open, my order was confirmed. Disappointing part, money is pending for 5-7 days and no pizza. Sure I could spend double and find something else but why waste more time. I get business are short staffed. Update your google accounts to say call business for hours. Oh and update your phone number, that’s not correct either. I have three stars because I love their pizza and customer service.

Waited an hour for them to open on a Wednesday (they claim to be open at 3:30), but no one ever showed up. Disappointed.

The pizza was trash. Didn't answer the phone properly. Didn't acknowledge who the company was. Wasn't polite. The cookie wasn't cut after coming out of oven. Looked like it was tampered with. Will never go again. Sad case!

On Tuesday my boyfriend, daughter and I spotted this location after attending an event nearby. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Pizza. The spice and oomph factor was missing and I usually love this kind of halal fusion pizza. My daughter seemed to enjoy her Spinach Bread I ordered for her! On a positive note the customer service was great, so I am giving them an average of 3 stars. Will I be back to this location? Probably not, but glad to have been able to give them a try!
