Ordered 2 Taro Lattes and as a smoothie option. First, I felt the flavor of them were too watered down. The sweetness was good and the brown sugar boba was good. However… the smoothie option is not a smoothie I guess? It was just in a holographic cup instead? The first time I went here to order, there was no person greeting. I ordered a set of donuts and a drink on the screen and gave tips. Then the young lady came up to the counter and says they are out of donuts. Why do you make your customers pay and tip then you tell them you have no donuts? You should have told them when they first walked in. Won’t be going here anymore.
Insanely good mochi donuts, especially the taro and pumpkin ones, very good pandan latte as well, definitely recommend!
I purchased chizu taro boba and the cup was 3/4 of ice and the drink cost me almost $8.00 we pay for drink not for ice
I don 't want ice, but I received 50% ice cubes. Is the extra $5 I paid for buying ice cubes? I don 't recommend buying the champagne milk tea, it 's not cost-effective and feels deceptive. I won 't be coming back to this place for shopping again.
