Boba Tea House

Worst customer service ever called in to speak to a guy about my online delivery order the guy picked up and I told him some of my drinks were wrong and they didn't bring any big straws for my boba they told me to go to there place of business to get so rude never ordering from here again.

The worst boba tea experience ever! We came in on a Saturday evening when there were a few people waiting for Their drinks! We were not greeted right away, it took about 5 mins to be acknowledged and then after I drinks were ordered it took about 30 mins for our order to be ready! Mins you we only ordered 3 drinks. The drinks itself we're watered down with lack of flavor. They ran out of boba and did and have the decency to let us know, however just put a little bit in each drink! And on top of that they charge you extra for boba! The prices at this location seem to be a little high as well! Save your money and time and go to another location! Really disappointed with the experience and service!

Super slow. Two guys working. Monday night around 6:40, so not busy. But the two guys working didn't have any care at all and were super slow. We went here instead of our usual boba place because we wanted to get some snacks as well. But the kitchen was closed this time already.

Right now they are low on staff so when you walk in, I only saw one employee there. I had to wait to order because he was preparing someone else's order. The mini boba is only served in Saturday btw. The taro milk tea was okay

First time trying this place, compared to other boba spots i'd probably pick elsewhere to get boba. The service was good, nothing special but the employee was helpful. I ordered a large lavender boba tea, which was over $6. The tea itself was fine, didn't necessarily taste like lavender however that isn't the issue... the boba itself was a very strange texture? I have never had boba that is so dense...? It was gross, nothing like i've ever had before. The boba is what really what threw me off about this place.
