We like to go to Timmys every night for a coffee and a drive. We like how the staff knows us, and gets our orders just right. Marc is a great employee who always shows up with an excellent attitude, and awesome customer service. She even puts a sleeve on my daughter's iced cap because they are cold to hang on to. What User doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The coffee isn't the best...the desserts are ..well.....not the best.Panini's aren't bad but they're....not the ( ****). We can all pretty much agree that Timmy's doesn't pull people off the street for their donuts, dry powdered soup mixes, or fine espresso. I must admit that I am a fan of Tim Hortons, but when we brought our guests from the UK with us this morning, they loved the breakfast and muffins. They were also very impressed with how clean the restaurant was.
Always painfully slow after 6. They always say “I’ll be right with you” so they don’t get backed up inside. Works the opposite of McDonald’s.
I hate to leave negative reviews but i am so done with the staff here. Every. Single. Time. I come here they miss part of my order. The staff always seems a bit rude and i’m just so sick of coming here and having to go back through the stupid drive through to get what i want. I’m sorry to leave a bad review but i’m sick and tired of having to go back through.
We dropped in several times for coffee, breakfast items and muffins. Two lanes in the drivethrough meant that we got quick service. The products were fresh and delicious!
I have been going to this store for several years, and now it is a total clown show. Never gets my orders right, and they just don't care. Bad attitude, bad customer service. Save your energy and cash for a store that deserves support.
