What B P doesn't like about Starbucks:
Starbucks is starting to go downhill. Coffee doesn't seem to have that much body anymore. Also, you can't put in your own cream and sugar, so if you're fussy, they're going to mess it up. View all feedback.
People have to realize that this is a smoking busy location and there isn’t another Starbucks around for miles. Knowing this, people shouldn’t be surprised that there can be longer waits. The staff work at a breakneck speed and are always friendly.Today I had an extra special experience. I went through the drive-through, and when I got to the window, the kind barista asked how my day was going. I had just gone through a terrible 24 hours at the emergency vet with my dog who thankfully is now, OK. I gave a brief summary to the barista who then dashed away and came back with a cake pop for me as a belated birthday gift and a pup cup for my dog to celebrate his new found health. This small act of kindness nearly brought me to tears, and it absolutely made my day. I will not forget that lovely barista or this experience at Starbucks anytime soon.
The barista was extremely rude, zero customer service skills and the washroom smelled strongly of old urine. Will not be returning.

Love this place. Always crazy busy in the summer, so probably need to wait a bit for drinks, but friendly staff and always a corner to study in. The other day was packed with people: probably 7 before me and 4 behind, seating was full and so was the drive through. Five girls were running to keep up but they were kind and friendly regardless of the overwhelming amount of customers. Well done!
The in-store service at this location is terrible. It took 30 minutes to get two drinks. They only seem to care about the service at the drive-thru. The barista was rude when I questioned why it takes so long to get 2 drinks. There were 4 staff working, three of which appeared focused solely on the drive-thru.
