Is it bad to post another review 3 months after the last one? Not if you’ve been twice more to your favorite place to eat filet in BC, traveling for work from California. Once I knew I was headed to BC again all I could think about is having another wonderful filet at Kalvas in Parksville to treat myself after grueling days of work. Our first time here and what a disappointment! Most entrees come with the SAME vegetables and the SAME mashed potatoes which had a strange texture possibly packaged powder potatoes? The Lamb Shank was poorly done, and looked over-cooked and soggy, with no crisp skin on the outside. All the other dishes that our party ordered were below our expectations for very high prices.
