The service was excellent and overall it was a great visit. This place is my idea of a coffee shop paradise - too bad I don't live closer in Victoria. Thank you for the memorable experience.

The place is definitely worn-in and lived-in and it feels like going over to your old hippie Island aunt's place for coffee. The staff could not be friendlier or more efficient, the baked goodies are scrumptious and the espresso itself is wonderful if a tiny bit dark roasted for my own particular tastes. The place just begs for you to relax, settle in, and entertain yourself with your choice of phone, laptop or (gasp) even reading a newspaper. You know the ones... they are printed on real actual paper with ink!
