Bread and Honey Food Co - Parksville

I recently had one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time at this place. It was a very simple meal consisting of eggs, toast, and hash browns.

I took the weekend off to visit Parksville and discovered a hidden gem.

Three of us opted to give this restaurant a try due to its excellent rating.

We came here for lunch with our 3 month old daughter. Although not an ideal set up for small kids (open layout/smaller tables) they were super accommodating and I'm pretty sure every group in there had small kids. There was a small wait (5-10 mins) but definitely worth it. My wife had the ham and cheese sandwhich and I had the spicy tuna with clam chowder soup. The soup was one of the best chowders we've ever had, and both sandwhiches were incredible. The bread is all fresh and delicious and the spicy tuna sandwhich is a must have. Definitely a must go.

This cozy restaurant caters to vegetarian and gluten free meals. We went with a large group so meals were slow to come but probably because of so many of us.
