Boston Pizza - Parksville

The location of this restaurant is fantastic. The service was efficient and friendly. The staff were courteous and polite. It's convenient to have a McDonald's nearby for a quick coffee, snack, or ice cream while staying at your hotel.

Had a reservation. Wow very expensive it has gotten! The service was not good. The restaurant was 1/4 full. Took 45 minites for server take our aur appetizer and entree orders. Average meals not great not terrible except my son's burger was dark on top and meat patty looked dry and uninspiring. There was no feeling of great friendly service. It was a 4/10

Yup…. With the flimsy excuse that the baget supplier reduced the size of the baget by half, with the price on the menu remains the same. About the size of a burger bun now, you still pay full fare for this mini-brute version of the original go-to sandwich. Amazing that they cannot double up on the mini baget to compensate…. But no !!!! Take it or leave it. I switched to a burger. Sadly the bun was overtoasted and blackened, same with my lunch buddy. Somebody needs a slap upside the head ! Too bad to see Boston Pizza Parksville heading south so quickly !

The food was tasty and the service was exceptional! Our party of 20 all received our meals simultaneously. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We decided to stop for a bite to eat for lunch while running errands. Our server was Jody and she was excellent. I ordered in a hurry when we sat down and realized I wanted to make a change to my order. She took care of it without any questions excellent service as far as I'm concerned. We are visiting the area for a few months this winter and will definitely return.
