Ampm - Parkland

A few weeks ago, I was recently accused of stealing the little coffee creamers at the coffee bar by a manager. Keep in mind, I have been coming here almost every day for about 8 months, and most of the workers there can recognize me, yet this manager was accusing me of stealing. I tried explaining to her that I had forgotten my wallet, but she continued accusing me out loud in front of customers. Needless to say I was beyond embarassed, so I opted to just leave and not come back that day. Fast forward to today, and I see the same lady. As I'm checking out, I look at her and decide to confront her in front of her customers; just like she did to me. I started questioning why she accused me of stealing, and why it would even matter if I was taking those mini coffee creamers. I explained how I had just forgot my wallet, and how she embarassed me in front of strangers Now, instead of apologizing for accusing me, this woman decided to start yelling at me to not come back to the store. She was completely unable to hold accountability, apologize, and move on. Rather than admitting to her fault, she would rather scream at a customer to not come back. I've never seen such an egotistical attitude and complete lack of self-awareness. I called the store and asked who this lady was, apparently her name was Christen. I'm giving three stars because everyone else who works thete is awesome, but Christen needs to be better.

I worked here for a month it was the worst job I’ve ever had Tjay don’t pay you enough to talk to you like that I’m sorry 13.69 a hour and manager is rude no thanks I’ve sent other friends to work here and they had the same result

Saw me pull in and literally ran inside and locked the door on me when I walked up.

I sent my {35 year old} husband in there to buy me juul pods while i pumped my gas. My underage son went in there with him to pick out some snacks, and not only did the old bag try to ID my 16 year old, but she refused to sell to my husband.They tried explaining that it was for me, (30 year old woman) but she still didn 't want to let my husband buy it. Even though it 's not legal for her to ID, i still sorta understood why she did. Up until I went in there to get them BY MYSELF, and she REFUSED TO SELL TO ME TOO!! She pointed outside to my son and husband and said He just walked in here with him , talking about my husband like he kidnapped his own son or something. I told her you said my husband couldn 't buy it cause my son was with him so i came in myself by myself. Still, she refused and im not doing this with you . Not only does this gas station act like they can bend the rules whenever they want (trying to ID my son who 's barely old enough to even have an ID), i also sensed some discrimination i really hope they didn 't only refuse to sell cause my husband is of color, but if so, im not worried about it. Gods got special karma for people who are too shallow to see anything past the color of somebody 's skin. Anyways, if you were the cashier on 03/04/2022 around 1:30 2, i hope you get refreshed on what is and isn 't allowed, cause you picking and choosing doesnt seem like the best idea. Im not trying to get anybody fired, everybody makes mistakes. But i definitely think she should get her much needed reality check. Love and light to you, boo.

Pumped gas on #3 02-09-22 about 8am . put in $50 cash fpr my 2019 Subaru crosstrek 15 gallon car. immediately it wouldn't start. Had it towed from the pump to the Subaru dealership in Tacoma. Mechanic says my tank is full of water. Called arco, Kristin the manager was very very rude , aggressive, and cut me off. I couldn't finish my few simple sentences to even explain. Says fuel reports no water so end of story for her . Doesn't want to help at all and she ended the conversation prematurely
