What Clint Beatty doesn't like about Country Boy:
First time going there and found it very disappointing. For the price not too bad but my wife and I ordered open faced roast beef it was unlike any I’ve ever had. Only one slice of bread with one scoop mashed potatoes but piled with roast beef. Although very good it just wasn’t up to par. Also tried salad bar found it was one time not all you can eat. Most everything is made to home and delicious. tonight I tried the sugar cream cake and it was amazing. the owners are very friendly and always to check to ensure that the meal is good. Oh, I almost forgot that tonight was homemade honey butter for the fresh warm croissants.
Eating is just wonderful. the personal is very friendly. aleea not sure how to spell the namen sorry! I'll come back. she told us that the buffet doesn't want to try next time. they have a wonderful buffet on Sunday. desserts was very good. love sweets everyone who sees this should try. you will like it as much as the usa! B-Reakfast should be tried.
We are new to the area. Passed by this place all the time. Kept saying we need to try it. Went there for Lunch. This place is great. The food is great. Hot Dogs, Pizza, Subs, Soups. All on the Buffet,Did not try anything from the menu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
Home cooking type stuffs. Staff was great and attentive. Went when they had the buffet. Even though it was buffet the person that took our money said that if we had anything special we.wanted to just let him know. French toast was yummy. Going to go back when it's not a buffet and see how it is, I'm sure it will be just as good.
Visited Country Boy for the first time yesterday. We were greeted and seated by this very friendly/informative gentleman. In talking to him, we learned he is the owner. I enjoyed the lunch buffet...homemade pizzas, fruit pizzas, salad, soups, subs, hot dogs, breads...were available. My husband had a delicious burger and fresh cut fries. The owner stopped by our table twice to ensure we had all we needed. We plan to return to try their breakfast and dinner menus. Clean and friendly down home environment.
