This is a fun little bar. We stopped in for dinner on our way home after a day of hunting. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really nice. The price per person was between $20-30. The cheeseburger was highly recommended and did not disappoint. Overall, we give this place a 5 out of 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. View all feedback.
What Bill Clinton doesn't like about Tj Kerner's:
The most unpleasant part of my experience was that the restaurant allowed a customer to bring their dog into the bar. The dog kept barking, which was quite distracting and could be problematic for those who are allergic to dogs. We stopped by this restaurant for a late lunch and were pleasantly surprised. My husband tried the chicken sandwich and I had a cheeseburger, both were delicious and better than most bar food we've had. The atmosphere is fun and unique, and the cleanliness of the establishment stood out to us. The restrooms were spotless as well. The service was excellent and friendly. Overall, a great find. I wasn't expecting much from a local bar other than frozen pizza and some deep-fried food. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case at all. I ordered the Porky Pig pizza and was impressed by the fresh crust and toppings. The chicken strips, hand-battered and made fresh, were some of the best I've ever had. I can't wait to try something new next time I'm in town. The service was great, and the atmosphere was fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Porky Pig pizza. Overall, a great experience.
