When we get to our destination no taco sauce or napkins just tacos NEVER AGAIN !!!!! Our firsttime here in Parker

The staff at Taco Bell were amazing—they kept our order on hold and even took a photo of our meal to recreate it fresh and hot when we returned. Their attitude was friendly and polite, even when dealing with a difficult customer. They were truly kind and helpful. The food was the usual Taco Bell quality, and I had no complaints.

I tried call... read more Be careful when ordering the nachos! I got the Deluxe Cravings Box, and the nachos were terrible—they were spoiled and I couldn’t eat a single one. I tried calling to report this, not just for myself but to warn others, but nobody answered. Watch out for what you’re paying for! Taco Bell, please make sure your food is fresh and safe to eat!

My wife and I were still deciding what to order when the employee taking our order snapped at us. She mentioned it would take a while or we could use the kiosk, explaining she was the only one working and it was busy. When we received our order, there were no forks or napkins included. When I asked for a fork, she said there weren’t any available. I had to ask another staff member to get one for me. Someone should talk to her about proper customer service because that’s not how customers should be treated.
