I decided to give this Taco Bell another chance, and I must say, I’ve never had Taco Bell that was as delicious as what I enjoyed on Tuesday night. I waited almost 25 minutes in the drive-thru for my meal, but it was definitely worth the wait. Our Taco Pack had not a single soggy taco or anything spilled. What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I usually try to steer clear of fast food places due to the generally inexperienced and underoccupied staff, and I understand that can happen. However, when I went to pick up an online order, I found myself waiting for 25 minutes, even with six employees in the kitchen. It was difficult to comprehend why a quick meal would take so long on a relatively slow evening. View all feedback.
Ordering by the mobile app and was calculated my credit card. I wanted to pick up my food and informed that they were closed. When I informed them that I had already ordered and was able to submit the order, they told me again that they closed the door and again ate their little caesars pizza.
The slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to and food is always wrong. Lobby is still closed months after the pandemic has ended? Doesn’t make sense.
They were very busy and short staffed. They handed the wrong order to me at the drive through, so I went into the lobby and asked them to correct it. They did so quickly and kindly. The staff was very professional and helpful despite a very stressful situation of being overloaded (and customers letting new people into the lobby after the staff attempted to close the lobby with a sign and by locking the door). The food was hot and fresh when I got my correct order. I hope they get more help soon.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! It's a waste of your money! I've been going here forever years. It used to be my favorite but has hit rock bottom. Management and corporate need to think about closing doors or something. This last year alone we have given chance after chance. I know its hardI'm from the food industry but this is beyond ridiculous. EVERYTIME we're missing more than half our order. The half we do get is pure bulls**t! It's cold or hard or poorly constructed not edible. Something it's always something. I bet the employees are nice and I feel really bad for them but someone higher up need to care more or make the decision to close completely.
45 mins at the drive thru on a Friday night from 7:15 until 8pm. If we weren’t trapped by the car behind us, we would have driven off. There were maybe eight cars in front of us. 45 minutes to serve 8 cars.
