I was very impressed Sunday I came into Starbucks and there was a bit of a line but only one Barista working. She was still so polite and made the drinks as fast as she could and even know she looked stressed it was a very pleasant experience. I didn't catch her name but it was Sunday 3/27 at around 9am. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They were out of many items on the menu, and their customer service was lacking. They often close earlier than their posted hours, and it’s frustrating to see several staff members just standing around without helping customers. The restaurant also had a messy appearance during my visit. I wouldn't recommend it. View all feedback.
Lactose intolerant and asked for mandelmilch. a milk product was obtained.

Closed by 8:35pm.... how much sooner? Wasted 15 minute drive.
All the staff are really nice and treat me like you should treat a human being. I tend to order different things sometimes and they give me quality drinks.
