Just like other reviews, when they first opened the food was fantastic. It has severely declined and every time i’ve been for the last 3 months they’ve forgotten at least one portion of my order. When you call to get money refunded or to get what you didn’t receive, they say you can have it free next time. They don’t give it to you. My first experience here was a great one I had the Super Cubana, which had a ton of ingredients on it. Their in house made bread and potato chips were great. It was definitely pricey, however there are absolutely two meals worth of sandwich there. The line was out the door but my meal was made and out to me super fast. They serve Coke products, and also offer the Las Tortugas menu if you have a favorite sandwich from those locations. Very nice staff, very clean interior, and I'll be coming back soon. Give this place a try, their menu is unique so they'll have a regular spot on my rotation. Thanks for a great meal and experience!
I've been wanting to try this place since I heard it was opening! It was so good I can't wait to go back. I had the Ingrata which was chorizo, ham, cheese chipotle peppers. They make their own chips as well which were soooo good! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The service was quick also! Can't wait to go back and try something else!
WOW! This place is legit. Creative menu, and the quality of the meats and ingredients is outstanding. Fresh made bread too!! Definitely out of the ordinary, and I thought it was very reasonably priced for what I got. I will be back again very soon. Check this place out!

Updated Review: I went to Santortas yesterday and got their Pork Leg Sandwich and it was divine!!!! The meat was so tender, could have used a bit more seasoning added once it was shredded but the pork flavor really did shine. It had Avocado, tomato and onion to give it some nice fat, acid and crunch but the headliner was the gooey cheese and chipotle sauce that was added. Gave it a real nice heat and sauce was all over my face. Super delicious. Mexican Coke on the side, can't beat it. I only gave it 4 out of 5 because I did get the Flan on the side which was almost $5, and while it was a really big piece, it was a bit grainy and dry. Not as smooth or saucy as I know it to be and love. Overall, great experience with the sandwich though. I can't wait to go back and try more!
