What Katy Delaplace doesn't like about Saltgrass Steak House:
When ordering, I asked for the hamburger to be "well done, no pink "and I asked our server to please underline that. I received my hamburger pink and certainly not well done. They took my hamburger back and I waited another 15 minutes, everyone else at the table had finished their meal. This restaurant is so bipolar.One day it will have the best steak in town and the next they'll serve it to you raw. I liked to frequently order delivery but after this last order I don't think I will ever again. Spent 75 for a bone in ribeye that not only was barely seared but after throwing it in the oven to finish cooking it realized it smelled rotten and was inedible.
We were really disappointed with the steaks on the menu considering the price we had to pay! And they were not even cooked correctly! We suspect will not return to this restaurant.

She didn't just assume he would appreciate the high cost; she circled back and made sure he got exactly what he wanted. Above all, she was just friendly and made the dinner out seem more fun and relaxing.
Krys is absolutely wonderful. Amazing service, and the food was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.
Great dinners tonight here ribs were amazing. Took my mom out to dinner she just moved here to Pine Grove Crossing from Arizona. And she is a young 99 years old!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Worked out well.
