My wife wanted to go to Red Robin, but I was hesitant because I thought the loud atmosphere would be overwhelming. However, to my surprise, we were seated at a table in the bar area where it was much quieter and filled with adults. The experience turned out to be wonderful. I placed a pickup order since I had my child and dog in the car. The phone rang and rang while the staff just stood around. Eventually, they picked up, but then they hung up on me. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered issues here. If I have to go inside and hear them say that I have to get my own food and that they won’t help, it’s really frustrating. View all feedback.
Eating drinks were good, waiting staff very accommodating, we said it was a 40-minute waiting period on which they were right. there were 9 of us on our table, since the restaurant was always too loud to hear any other than the person sitting next to them or opposite them. good options kindness: we had a 14-month, she was tired hungry she got food very fast was happy through the meal? parking: parking lot number parking wheel wheelchair accessible: easy access
Health dept should visit immediately! Walked in Saturday and it was disgusting. Sticky tables, food and garbage piled up on floor, really gross. Will never be back and feel lucky we never got sick from past curbside orders. Walked out.
One of the best chain burger joints out here I've been eating at this location since they opened and have never been disappointed. Burgers are always good and they have some of the best fries ever which you can eat as many as you want! They always have new burgers to try which I love cuz many of the creations are very tasty. Love this location. Will always be back!
This place absolutely cannot serve a hot hamburger, not even hot-ish. It is the strangest thing. I haven’t been there in years because of this but went there the other day and got yet another lukewarm burger. And the burger was $15! That’s nuts! Not going back. Just another disappointing meal.
We used the active menus. Ordered online for pick up. It was only 18 minutes from the time we ordered to picking up our food. The food was great. We especially enjoyed the pineapple and oreo shakes.
