Qdoba Mexican Eats - Parker

I stopped in to get the cheese crusted quesadilla. I have seen the cheese crust all over social media so I was excited to try it. The quesadilla was filled with chicken, spicy crema, cheese and their queso which tasted pretty good. However the execution of the cheese crust just wasn't there. Barely any crust on the outside if any and was super soft and hard to eat. Even for a regular quesadilla standard it had no crisp.

I hate to complain about restaurants as I work at one. This place is a total hit and miss! I either feel like I'm bothering them or my order is wrong. Tonight I came by because the website says they close at 10pm. I was here at 8:45 and all the chairs are up in the dining room and no sign on. I walk in and ask if they are still open they confirm yes until 10. I order and much of what we wanted was like scraping the bottom of the pan except for chicken. I wanted an ice tea but looks as if that was put away long ago. It just stinks cuz this is right by my house. I'll have to look for another Qdoba nearby that would like my business. Also the staff needs to smile and look as if they enjoy their jobs! No one really has any personality or even attempt a smile from the staff to the managers. Makes me sad for them and their business

So when i went there, I got a burrito and it was pretty alright, but as soon as I tasted the lettuce, I almost threw up. Something taste very strange about the lettuce in that burrito. Honestly it tasted like dishwasher fluid. Cannot recommended the lettuce...

I had some asking and the staff and manager were very friendly and answered our asking. that was great and we were very satisfied.

Food wasn 't bad but I asked for extra rice and I got no more than usual. The workers were not helpful when I was confused with the sauces. They just stared blankly at me. I 've worked in multiple fast food restaurants and usually your supposed to ask how 's their day going or welcome to _______ , But none of this happened. cashier didn 't even respond when I said have a great day. And they were not busy at all. their was one family sitting down. And one online order being filled out. I asked for black beans but mostly got the juice of the black beans. Then one of the children from the family was standing at the edge of the cashiers area and the tone in the workers voice was very rude towards the kid. And a very poor choice of words when talking to the child. Saying Do you need something? Almost as if the child was doing something wrong. I hope this place gets it together because I 've read the other reviews and it seams like you need new staff because this seems to be a common issue.
