Absolutely amazing customer service today. the man (his name is ben) at the front who took our order was high energy, friendly and had a smile on his face. I had a bad day and this man brought some light into him with his amazing service! really appreciated. our food was excellent and perfectly cooked. we come to this place, the whole time it is always a great and qualitatiw high quality experience.

Noodles and company isn’t bad. It’s just this location. They always pack our bag extremely full. So it makes it complicated to Carry. Why not make it easier for your customers to carry the food out of their car? Common sense right? Not for the people that work here. When we got home out of the car our bag ripped and food spilled all over the floor. We went back to tell the manager and he could care less. Acted as if it wasn’t his issue. Ended up having to order more food for our kids and spend more money

Tasty! This location is usually really fast and accurate. Awesome that they have new, healthier options but the zucchini noodles are weird. They're too watery. The new pastas are very good though. If only their side portions were worth the money they want for them.

My husband and I are big fans of Noodles Co and we eat there frequently. The location we normally go to was closed, so we tried this one and we are extremely disappointed. The chicken Veracruz salad came without the avocado, the chicken was so over cooked I almost couldn’t chew it, and the mixed greens were replaced with kale which I can’t really eat to begin with. My husband asked for extra cheese sauce and not only did they not include it, but the actual bowl had almost no sauce at all. It looked like it was noodles with shredded cheese sprinkled on top.

Amazing customer service! The other location in Parker turned me away saying they were closed for the night, when they were not yet closed and he said he wouldn’t take my order. I was extremely upset so I called this location. The girl who answered took my order so it would be ready when I got there! Upon arrival she remembered who I was and let the other team members know that I had arrived when they were done with my order. She also offered a water cup while I waited! I’ll definitely be coming to this noodles location instead! Thank you!
