What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
They do not live up to their "Freaky Fast" slogan—it's more like "incredibly slow." This is the third time we've ordered from them, and we live just 10 minutes away. We were informed that our food was delivered 40 minutes ago, but we still haven't received it. We've tried calling, but there's no answer. We're done with this place. View all feedback.
The last two paintings I tried to order, I had to call the load after an hour of my sandwiches had not arrived. both paintings were told to me: "It is for delivery" but confirmed that they did not coole the sandwiches once made and leave my sandwich over 40 minutes ago. after half an hour, my sandwich came in the room and slept. throw it away and called a refund. I informed the “shift management” (as he pointed out) that this had now happened twice with me. I get it, their short workers, the whole world is....but if they don't have the basic food security, then they don't accept the order!
I went in to this location and was greeted with some emo kid rippin mad nanner ice. I requested a 6in extra tuna and bannana peppers. Everything was going fine until the worker faceplanted into the oven then proceeded to stand up and tell me were out of bread
If I could give zero stars I would. The last couple times we ordered it took well over an hour to receive our food. So much for freaky fast delivery. Tonight, I placed my order at 5:59pm, they didn’t call me until 6:47pm to tell me they didn’t have a driver! Like what? The majority of your revenue is by delivery orders, how do you not have a driver?! Anyways, this location is a joke and we won’t order from here again.
Guess I'll add to the fire that it looks like everyone else has ignited on this place. This is now my 3rd brutal order at this place and I think it's time to retire even though these Sammie's are damn good. Ordered through the app today and it took 2 hours from the time it was out for delivery. First failure was the sandwich never showed up and I was charged. I had to contact my bank because every time I call a 12 year old answers and nothing ever happened when they said my money would be back in my account but never happened until my claim was filed with my bank. Whoever owns this place really needs to figure something out What a pile it has turned into lately. Hire people who want to work and not the children who dont give a single moist fart about it. I would give this one star but even today when I waited over 2 hours for my sandwich to arrive it still tasted decent even with the warm Mayo from sitting in good ol delivery boys car for 2 hours prolly going to be sick in the morning and can't wait. Woo! Would love to call in the morning to get my money back for todays disaster but I'm sure they will just say it's refunded and 69 days later nothing will be back in my account. Sadly I shall have to go to firehouse subs across the street now I'll pass away before I go to subway.
Freaky slow!! And gross too! I ordered nearly $100 of sandwiches for pick up. I went in after it was supposed to be ready. They told me they were still working on it. While I was there I watched an employee come in scratching his back and get right to work. He put on gloves but didn't wash his hands. Another customer told him to go wash his hands. Shortly after that, the young man handling the money also went to work with gloves but without washing his hands. After ten minutes of waiting, I went to inquire about my catering order and it was ready but just sitting there. They didn't call me up or anything. It wasn't busy either. One more thing, the counter where you order was incredibly sticky. Gross! I'm tired of Jimmy John's. Lately it's disorganized and slow.
