Jet's Pizza - Parker

This place cannot seem to get it together. They claim pizzas left their store 20 minutes prior to when you finally call and get fed up, their food shows up cold and what?s worse is that they say they will take about an hour and it?s closer to 2! Stay away!

I?ve come here a few times with no problems until tonight. Ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni and hardly received any. The pizza is very soggy and hardly cut, when you pick it up everything slides off, the whole thing is just mushy. When we called totalk to the staff about it they were very hostile especially the manager, he was very rude and dismissive. He said they use verysharp knives and always cut the pizza with force. He refused to remake it or give us a refund. The best they could do was add a$10 credit to my account, which I don?t have. It?s normally really good pizza so it?s disappointing to receive such awfulcustomer service.

I recently made my first visit to Jet's Pizza and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. I arrived to pick up a takeout order that I had placed online just 20 minutes prior, but I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes at the restaurant. To add to my disappointment, the Detroit deep dish pizza I ordered was quite bland—I've had frozen pizzas with much more flavor. Overall, it wasn't worth the wait, and I believe there are better pizza options available in Parker.

Ignore any negative reviews you might come across. Some people just don't appreciate great food, but Jet's Pizza is fantastic. It’s like I’ve found pizza paradise. I don’t think I’ll ever eat pizza from anywhere else again. It's incredibly delicious. Mmmm!

I want to give this place a 5-star review because the pizza is always delicious and the staff is friendly. However, forgetting the marinara sauce for the jets bread every single time is becoming quite frustrating.
