Usually always love our experience, but this time was such a bummer. Our cups were barely filled and then there wasn?t enough syrup to reach half way through the shaved ice. So unfortunately we threw away half of it, even after I was asked for a tip??????????? Hopefully next time will be better. View all feedback.
