What User doesn't like about Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers:
here's a dump. dirty fat tables, eating on the floor, filling cans packed and flowing over. we had to clean our own tables to sit and eat. I can't imagine what it looks like behind the scenes. we ordered a meal for my son. they gave it to us in a greasy bag. the restaurant is launish View all feedback.
On the plus side was eating well. on the negative side, the floor in the es pane was covered with fat so that my feet slipped over the floor several times and the workers could be heard swear from the es pane. I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness and worried about how well the equipment is cleaned after the condition of the floor. the manager did not even seem to notice that the speech is used in a family restaurant.
Been here several times. Sadly, today was not their best day. I ordered a steak burger without a bun and French fries. I got the bun but no fries. They also got my husband's drink wrong. They are probably understaffed like most places and trying to train a new crew. We would have gone back to fix it, yet the lines were so long we called it a day and thought we would tell them next visit. Despite the hiccups, we still recommend their burgers.
I was ordering food for my nephew and I, and was un-enthusiastically greeted. We ordered our food and she handed us our receipt and didn?t say a word. When we went to get our food, the same lady asked us for sauce with an attitude. I later got her name, and it was Ashley. I?ve never had a bad experience with the food or the workers until then?
Had a great customer service experience yesterday. They were super busy in the drive thru so I dined in. There was a young dark haired girl who looked to be running the whole front of the store by herself! Despite being visibly stressed from running everytbing she still greeted me with a smile and truly improved my Freddy?s experience. I later found out her name was Sasha, great job keep it up! Freddy?s take notice, this girl is the perfect cover for how a Freddy?s employee should be.
Bad Experience. We ordered 1 Plain Burger, one California Steakburger, no pickles, cheese curds and fries fry sauce. After waiting about 20 minutes in the drive through and finally getting to park, we realized the order was incorrect. We received 3 cheeseburgers, one burger with only pickles on it. No Fry sauce, or napkins. We went inside to try to correct our order and had to pay again to receive the correct order. Stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes as many other customers were lining up, we were all asking each other if everyone was missing something. Finally i got the correct order and the burgers had been thrown into the bag, the steak patty was outside of the box. I also ordered a milkshake when trying to correct my order and i received a malt with no straw. After paying $45ish for two burgers and a milkshake and waiting for 40 minutes, we decided to leave a review. Please fix this location or shut it down. It?s clearly not functional.
