Overall: Unpleasant.The physical layout of the store is crowded and the staff seemed stressed and were a bit snappy. This is a delightful little tea house with definite British flavor. The teas are excellent, as are the savory pies and scones. My daughter and I love going here for an occasional treat. All the staff is so polite and nice that it makes for a great experience.We did the Royal Tea party once with a girl scout troop. It's a little pricey, but well worth it for the experience and delightful tasty treats! Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free and vegetarian options available for scones and entrees. I suspect vegan as well, although not being one I can't promise that.
My daughter treated me and some friends for a birthday celebration. The food was great and they were able to accommodate one of our guests who needed a gluten free menu. The staff was amazing! Five doesn't give enough kudos. There must be 100 teas on the menu and our server knew the makeup of every one we asked about. I gave the atmosphere a 4 as it wasn't as English cottage as I expected, especially in the back area where we were seated, but it was still nice. I definitely plan on going back. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free options.
Great find!! Really liked this little place!! Awesome selection of delicious teas!! Will be visiting again for sure!!
Oh my goodness. We had the most wonderful experience at this tea house. Susie our server was just delightful and did all she could to make sure our time with them was perfect. Even though we live over an hour a way. We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely afternoon tea.
Snooty, lack of awareness for people picking up orders do better.
