These fast food establishments are starting to appear quite upscale. The restaurant was clean and surprisingly comfortable, and the staff were nice and friendly. Interestingly, I saw an employee from Carl's Jr come in to grab a meal. However, at the end of the day, it remains a fast food restaurant. View all feedback.
What Kaya Borer doesn't like about Arby's:
First time visiting restaurant. Very disappointing. The drive thru speaker was not working and was replaced with a sign that said pull up and order at the window. When I got to the window, they said they couldn’t take my order because the computers were down. View all feedback.
I paid for cheese, but as usual, it wasn't included. The fries were dry, stale, and lacked salt, which was disappointing. The Brat-Rindsandwich was also dry, consisting of two slices of brat beef between two pieces of bread. Overall, it was a letdown.
The interior is very clean! The customer service provided by Landon and the chef Angelo isExcellent! The food is hot and fresh! I will definitely return to this place! Amazing service!
The manager shouted and argued with the staff as if there weren't a dining room full of guests present. It was really uncomfortable. I visited on September 12 around noon. The chickens were good, though.
Typical arby’s. good fast eating, but beat or miss if they get their order right. my personal experience is when it is close to lunch or dinner this arby’s throttling. but every other time they are pretty good to get them what they have ordered.
The staff is very nice and friendly. We always get our food quickly!
