What Amy Phillips doesn't like about Red Pony:
Very bad service....we were waiting 45 minutes for the waitress to take our order...another 2 hours for our food to come out...the manager is very rude and disrespectful...this restaurant/bar will NEVER get my service again....I would rather go to Stanford Bar. View all feedback.
Great food and service! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
We’re snow birds so we use to eat there a lot with a lot of people we’ll no more! Service is some of the worst we’ve ever seen! The owners daughter could care less and her Dads not any better we are not at all rude people we tip well and are very polite she never came back to see if everybody was ok or for drinks we had to carry our glasses up for a refill, the next morning we went in for breakfast she told us not to come back because we were rude my husband asked why just said we were rude come to find out she kicks everybody out, she has a attitude of a bull snake! They couldn’t pay us to go eat there with a attitude like hers! There’s enough other places that have really good food! So we’ll just spend our elsewhere! Price per person: 20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Clearly this place doesn 't care about reviews but I 'll put one out here anyway. Burgers were delicious! Lots of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion. I like that I put on my own mayonnaise. BBQ was flat, i.e., no flavor. Fries are those darned pre made seasoned fries which were too salty and almost inedible. Service was fine. The bartender/owner, however, or whomever she is is very rude and acts like she has a huge chip on her shoulder. Examples, the table in front of us with the very LOUD talking VFW woman.....said bartender walks over, is pleasant to them (knows them no doubt), and refills their pop and water glasses. She takes a look at our table, sees our glasses are empty and turns around and leaves. Never to be seen again. Ugh....... Then as I am paying, in cash mind you, she is snotty with her reply to my question asking Do I pay here. And then the waitress had to ask her if they would take a $50 bill (all cash) for which I asked no change. Bartender shrugged and said yea. If it weren 't for this bartender/owner this would probably be a great place as the food was decent.
