I was visiting from Connecticut, where I frequent Rita's in New London, CT. I found this one and it was great. The young folks working there were awesome, and nice, and accommodating. The Italian Ice's were great and I was thrilled to find Root Beer, since they don't have it at the New London location. View all feedback.

I ate twice the mixed frozen custard, 1st time got sick, thinking I overate, the second time I felt so sick that I had to throw it up. Felt better immediately. Sorry to say, but something is wrong with that custard. View all feedback.

The flavor was so rich and creamy, and you could really taste the freshness of the strawberries. The staff was super friendly and helped me pick the perfect flavor. If you 're a fan of strawberry ice cream, you definitely need to give Rita 's a try. Trust me, you won 't be disappointed!

Refreshing sno-comes ice cream ? from scratch is such a delight ?
A nice little place to stop in and get a sweet treat. Service was quick and friendly. Good variety of flavors of Italian ice and frozen custard. There's some seating, but the place is pretty narrow, so it would be difficult to sit as a large group. But it's perfect for a couple of friends to sit down together.
