Came here on a recommendation from son and daughter in law. Also got negative from friends. Well I don't know what my friends ate...they're very picky. But the food was very good and reasonably priced. I had Kansas city steak, wife had filet. Service a bit slow, and it's noisy, but I'll be back... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Make Room For Truman:
We arrived for our reservation only to find a handwritten note at the door informing us that they had closed the previous day due to a bankruptcy order. It would have been helpful to notify reservation holders ahead of time. We really loved Mrft and frequented it often. We are very saddened by its closure and feel bad for the wonderful staff. Had to wait a bit longer than we expected to be seated, especially with a reservation. Also super disappointed they no longer have the complimentary pickled veggies they use to put on the tables. The pickled veggies were my favorite part.
Love the artichoke dip, and I had a yummy short rib burger with tots.
Kudos to our server Kyle who took superb care of our party.
Service was exceptional. Great concept! Food was delicious! The pork chop and mustard sauce were outstanding. White Sangria hit the spot! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu items!
