The cutest patisserie with lovely outdoor seating just outside their door or in the park across the street. I visited Dolcetti for the first time Saturday morning. Service is always dry and unfortunately uninviting here and this business has yet to recognize that quality customer service is what truly makes a brand thrive, not treating customers as though they are an inconvenience. Pastries, quiches, croissants, cakes, etc. as good as anywhere in Chicago! Intelligentsia coffee to boot. Great spot!
I love intelligentsia coffee and this place is a special jewel. Not to offer a ton over seating, but the pastries are top notch the sandwiches are fantastic. I found this place by chance, but I'm glad I did. Lucy was so annoying and friendly, definitely helped to turn an otherwise gray and gray day into a pleasant.
