If you are looking for heritage pig there is literally no other comparable option. I've never seen such amazing marble in one piece. Just amazing. The best beef is also fantastic.

Here's AWESOME! Owner Jon really takes care of his customers and turns out great product. The selection of to-go meals and the main meat made dry aged for a great dinner on the grill. What an excellent spot!

Jon is the man! He helped me out with a last minute order and had a fantastic filet roast made for me for Christmas. The steak was awesome! I will definitely be coming back.
