My family enjoy going to Parkridge, but this morning ringing up to do a booking and spoke to a lady named Kelly, girl did wake up on the wrong side of the bed? because you will need resit your customer service course, you were absolutely rude. ‍ Other than that food is wonderful and the other staff are great. My wife and I have been regulars for many years and usually visit on Sunday night as a nice way to finish the weekend and begin a new week. The food is very well priced and quite generous in serving size. Food service is always astonishingly fast and the food is always fresh and hot. The staff are always pleasant, polite and obliging. Shout out to Liz who patiently takes our order every week with a smile and a quick chat, and Nat who always clears our table quickly with a smile and a quick hello. The staff here are lovely and that is why we have been regulars for many years.

I had a disappointing experience with the service at Park Ridge Tavern. I ordered the pasta special, but I was charged the full price because I added chicken to my dish. What disappointed me the most was that the cashier did not inform me that adding chicken would result in paying the full price. I believe it would have been helpful if the cashier had explained this to me before I made my decision. When I brought up the issue with the manager, they mentioned that the specials sign stated no alterations, but upon closer inspection, I realised that it did not mention anything about alternations or explicitly mention that adding chicken would be considered an alteration. This lack of clarity and communication left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with how the situation was handled. Clear communication regarding any additional charges or alterations to specials would greatly improve the overall customer experience and prevent any misunderstandings. The food was great, but service was overall disappointing.
