Out Back Jacks - PARK HOLME

Food was amazing, specially the salt and pepper calamari was a highlight, all you can eat chicken bits were great but unfortunately was not a fan of the BBQ sause a little to smokey for me. But that's where it ended, environment was cold, and staff unwelcoming, they explained that it has been very busy with minimal staff. The staff did the best that they cold with only 2 waters with little experience by the looks of it. 30 minutes of waiting, to order with an hour wait on drinks to the point where we had to go up and get them. We were also sitting next to the kitchen to see that food was waiting under the pass for an average of 10 minutes. This is so disappointing for a restaurant with so much potential and great food with a great menu. Hope the management team can fix this restaurant before it's too late.

I ordered the outback steak and it was served in a reasonable timeframe but when it arrived the mashed potatoes tasted as if they were instant potatoes. When I questioned the staff she apologised spoke to the manager and offered me chips. So no denial therefore I assume I was correct. The steak was very tough and overall I would suggest a trip to hogsbreath instead.

Food was great (one of our party couldn't stop raving about the fabulous steak he had) and there was a wide variety on the menu to cater for all tastes, including children. Children given coloured pencils and paper to keep themselves occupied. Good fun atmosphere. Staff very friendly and they even sang happy birthday to one of our party (much to his embarrassment) and he also got a free dessert. Prices matched the quality of the food (it isn't cheap) but luckily we could use our Entertainment Book vouchers.

If u love game, this is the restaurant for u..!! big juicy steaks from cows, crocs, roo's etc. the have seafood that is so fresh and tender as well. kids area, nice staff. we go for after work dinners every now and then.

Agradable el llegar a un lugar donde te brindan atencion y sugerencias de consumo, la ensalada estaba fresca, la sopa de papa deliciosa, la carne rica de verdad y vino tinto bien, pero la cerveza estaba fria en su punto, el pan delicioso. y sus postres ricos.
