I purchased cookies and brownies and they tasted terrible like perfume lotion, the worker did not wash her hands while making them, I threw them in the garbage. This is the day it happened Friday April 21, 2023 at NorthRiverside Mall at 2:42pm (receipt) invoice#169579 employee#155.

Gummy bears for yogurt are harder than a rock, and most of their yogurt machines are broke down

Wonderful experience. It was very busy. The staff was friendly and attentive. I asked for an iced item they were out of, and they made me one. Very kind. Thank you.

First time trying Mrs. fields and I loved it. The freshness of the cookies were right on point. My favorite, macadamia nut. The customer service was top notch. The lady in charge was super sweet professional.

I ordered a birthday cookie for my daughter’s birthday and the cookie wasn’t what I expected it to be. It was not fresh tasted very old and like it was made ages ago.I was made to wait 24 hours so I assume they will be fresh but it wasn’t.
