Nestled in a cozy setting, Vichy's is carving a niche as a must-visit spot for pizza lovers and craft beer aficionados alike. Diners rave about the delicious thin-crust pizzas and a commendable variety of tap beers, complemented by a warm and friendly atmosphere. While the menu could benefit from broader offerings such as burgers and more substantial subs, the thoughtfully prepared dishes, like the exceptional Pub Burger and smoked brisket, shine through. Despite some challenges with service consistency, particularly at the bar, the overall experience—paired with enjoyable outdoor seating—invites patrons to return for another delightful visit.
The subs are weak maybe add a little more meat to them and you should probably add burgers to your menu. I didn't get a friendly vibe from the bartender and my drink sat empty while he served more beer to the friend I was with and I still had to ask for another drink after our food came even tho he'd seen my empty glass sitting there the whole time, it's not a very big place so it would have been hard to miss. I've bartended before and much like your subs, your bartender skills are weak.
The pizza was surprisingly delicious, and the appetizers were quite good as well. The menu is somewhat limited, so I recommend sticking with the pizza! The restaurant has potential for outdoor seating, but it's unfortunately hindered by smokers utilizing that space, which is a shame as it could attract more customers. It's a small establishment with a bar atmosphere, but overall, we definitely plan to return!
