The burgers are fantastic, and the fries are generally tasty. The restaurant is decked out with more wall pictures than any other place I’ve seen. They maintain a reasonably clean environment, though the bathrooms can occasionally be a bit untidy. Great food, atmosphere, and venue.

I’m a big fan of Spangles and even... read more I visited the Spangles location in Park City and was very disappointed by how dirty it was and the poor quality of the food. I’m a big fan of Spangles and even used to work at the West Street location in Wichita, which I loved, so it’s really sad for me to write this negative review. The person who took our order was managing the entire front by herself. Meanwhile, other staff members were wandering between the kitchen and the front office, socializing instead of working. I was also charged full price despite requesting no bread. The mushroom sauce was congealed and just lukewarm, and there was pineapple in my banana shake. Honestly, the fries were the only good thing in our whole meal.

The food arrived hot, fast, and exactly as ordered—something you hope for every time you dine out, but don't always get. Beyond that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The man who took my order spoke politely and respectfully, and the woman who handed me my food was very kind, smiling warmly and asking if I wanted any sauce or anything else. They didn’t have to be so genuinely nice or go out of their way, but they did, and that really made a difference for me. I usually avoid naming individuals, but since we often focus on the negative, it’s refreshing to highlight a wonderful experience!

Even though it was just 15 minutes before closing, we... read more My friends and I visited Park City Casino, and afterward, we decided to stop by Spangles for a quick bite. Even though it was just 15 minutes before closing, we were warmly welcomed without any guilt for arriving so late. A very kind gentleman, I believe his name was Jefferson, served us and took excellent care of us. He even warned us about the floor being mopped to watch our step, and the person mopping also came over to notify us (I didn’t catch his name). Jefferson brought our food and, as he left for the night, kindly wished us a good evening—something the mopper also did. Since COVID, I haven’t experienced such great service at a fast-food place. Plus, our burger, fries, and ice cream were all outstanding. Thanks, Spangles!
