Reef’s - Park City

Take a short trip to Silver Village in Deer Valley for the best dinner you will have in Park City! The service is amazing, the atmosphere is super cozy (love a fireplace) and the food will make you so happy. Every bite was delicious. We had the hummus, sesame cabbage salad, the Israeli salad and the Moroccan salmon. It was perfect.

I hate to say, but we didn't order so much food... and it was all fabulous! I was a little taken back from the small menu, but if everything is made to perfection, it no longer has to be! I had the Aubergines Mousakka, for which I should die. I can't tell you how good it was! If you like vegetables and a light dish (what I am used to being mousakka hard), that was perfect! My husband went for the chicken carving, which was excellent for a simple, simple dish like Schnitzel. We also had a wonderful dessert. Wine on the glass was simple, but good. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved Reefs! What a pleasant surprise for us. We were with a friend on the plot! (Deer Valley Club and reservations made (DO book!) We loved the falafels, lamb dogs, braided beef and coconut cake. It is a small and elegant restaurant area. We sat at the cracking fire and it was cozy and peaceful. We hope to be back for more lambs!

You have to go! This is one of my absolute favorites in Park City, and we always come for years! Everything on the menu has excellent taste and is cooked for perfection. The owners are the operators and every detail is taken care of. Fantastic!

We selected the chef's menu without knowing what it would entail. It turned out to be one of the best dinners we have had in Deer Valley/Park City. Every course was unique and savory. The lamb chops were phenomenal and the chocolate cake was so moist !
