Purple Sage - Park City

Cure interior, very professionally-run dinner place. Excellent service. We were able to get in on a night it was pouring rain, but it probably would be best to reserve if you can. Food delicious.

A few months back my family, from Las Vegas, and I tried this quaint little restaurant off the main street in Park City for something new. Even after multiple trips to PC before I had never seen the Purple Sage but once I experienced it my wife and I will definitely go back. The meatloaf’s flavor was good and had a nice crisp on the outside but the trout left us a bit wanting. Service was very good and the back patio had a good ambiance.

I have eaten in wonderful spots all up and down Main St, and Purple Sage is right up on the top. The Utah trout is fantastic!

I’ve been to Purple Sage twice and loved it both times. The charcuterie board, ravioli, and the steak were incredible. The staff was also very accommodating for us when we had our baby along. Definitely a place to check out.
