Prime At Canyon's - Park City

My three friends and I recently had a Shabbat dinner at Prime. Not only was the meal absolutely delicious, and served in a warm friendly, family style, but the ambience amongst all the diners was special. While we were sitting and listening to the zumeros from all the tables it made my non-observant friend comment this is everything that 's right about Judaism. While my friends were a bit hesitant at first to go, they all thanked me for the experience and the wonderful dinner. So I thank you, Prime. See you again.

Don't waste your time and money. Bad food, poor wine selection, very expensive. Would never recommend this restaurant.

A reboot of the Bistro at Canyons Kosher venue. Worth the price if you keep kosher and value quality food, but pricey if that does not matter to yo. For those seeking a kosher ski vacation, it is better than having to schlep your own food, or ship food from elsewhere. Time and effort saved make up for the higher price

The food is very good. Definitely the best since the restaurant opened. You will have to exercise patience, but that is to be expected, it's a seasonal kosher restaurant. They are making an effort and the staff is very friendly.

Food was so so service was terrible. Sat with plates not cleared with no service for a half hour. Would not go back
