The food was amazing, wide variety of rolls and amazing staff. I especially loved the cleanliness of the restaurant. I highly recommend The Flying Sumo as a sushi bar. Best of luck to the new owners! View all feedback.
What Lisa W doesn't like about Flying Sumo:
We brought our family, the atmosphere is great but not really a kid friendly restaurant. It was a mixed feeling on food but I only have it 3 stars as we had to pay for 2.00 for our drinks and they were can of pops. Wasn’t impressed with the fact we had to buy 6 cans of pop for our family, next time I’ll get a 12 pack from the store and bring them if there is a next time. View all feedback.

Back again and Flying Sumo is still the best sushi in Park City! And it's a great option if someone in your party doesn't like sushi — they have a delicious grilled salmon bowl, tempura veggies, etc.

For the price it's not worth it. Shushi is pretty subpar and expensive. Also service was kind of slow despite them being just averagely busy.
My girlfriend and I visited recently, I believe someone paid for our meal and the staff pretended like it was an accident… guessing to make an extra $50 tip for nothing I would have tipped anyway but it seemed shady.
