Me and my fiancée had a great time here at the double tree hotel everything was great the beds were comfortable and very high quality. Only thing preventing 5 is their TP , I unfortunately got sick on the trip and the TP genuinely obliterated my behind. The place has a strange smell to it. Air conditioner rattled a lot all night. The staff is really nice but no one told me about an extra $28 mandatory charge til I was checking out the next day. Predatory practice. Wouldn’t recommend, though it wasn’t awful if you have no option. View all feedback.
Beautifully located in the mountains of Park City Utah! All the staff was accommodating and polite! The event room was stocked with drinks and refreshments the entire time!! The rooms we clean and tidy! The stay was amazing!
We come back every year over 4th of July and what makes the whole stay incredible is MIKE and the staff- Angie and Lisa, ! They are incredible and make you feel like family. He remembers our family by name every year and is the most hospitable! All of the staff are so kind, helpful, welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is top notch! The location is the best! Walking distance to town, the bus picks up right outside the hotel. Wonderful pool and dog friendly! We will be back every year!
It was meh. I was there for the Mining History Association conference. I didn't stay in the rooms, just attended the conference. It was OK.
Not to bad for the price! Didn’t like house keeping knocking on my door at 7:45 in the morning to see if we were gone on a Sunday morning
Far from a 4 star hotel , staff is nonchalant , non attentive , their washers don’t work , was told the water had been ‘cut off’ to that side of the hotel but they forgot to shut down the laundry room? What ? Ordered room service , 30 mins passed had to call back to find out a fryer had gone bad . lol , when I asked them if they had any other washers I could use , the young ‘maintenance’ lady said the front desk said no and there’s nothing more they could do . WOW , unbelievably terrible experience , spend your money elsewhere or a true 4 star hotel .
